This spring, our club collaborated with a local sport therapy center and offered Strength and Agility training at substantially reduced rate. Its just once a week for an hour, but my kid is bushed after every work out there.

Summer Conditioning Programs
Trinity Sports has some awesome summer and winter training prorams that are run out of Horizon Christian in Tualatin. Not expensive and they kick the kids butts. My kids have attended for a couple years, and no, I am not part of Trinity.
Contact Cory Hand, very easy to work with.
All the best to keep the kids focused over the summer.

Cory is a great guy.

So when is this off time? I haven't seen any in a few years (well maybe 2-3 weeks at a time during certain times of the year)

My kid loves Sean T's Insanity and P90x. She is HS age though so I am not sure if it is appropriate for the younger age groups. In any case, she is as fit as it gets and on top of her game. She also runs track so she practices with the track team.

Off season training
Therapeutic Associates Hillsboro Physical Therapy offers Sportmetrics certified training. This program (www.sportsmetrics.com) is the only documented evidence based program to reduce ACL injury and enhance performance. They typically have a soccer specific program for 6 weeks in the summer at Liberty High School.
