Hard to believe, my son plays for WSM and I didn't even know the team wasn't signed up for State Cup in OPL or OYSA until I started looking into it after reading the threads on Soccer Talk. With the deadline to sign up to either cup this week I certainly hope the WSM DOC puts some heat on the team mgrs and coaches to get off their butts and sign up the team. funny how oysa will loose this battle and get egg tossed in its face. WSM publishes an open letter and yet I bet all WSM will go OPL, because OYSA has nothing to offer.
OYSA will say that WSM forced everyone to play OPL when in fact they just picked the better state cup for their money. It is there money to spend OYSA not yours to take, you forgot that and lost all you customersComment

Look at FWR where you play champions of: Cal South / Cal North / Utah / AZ / NM / AK / WA / ID / MT .... NO COMPARISON.
It would be nice to have some competition in the OYSA State Cup but the opportunity to play in the FWR should be motivation enough .....Comment

Yes the magic words. US Clubs Optional, key word unlike OYSA and US Youth Sccoer who tell you what is best for you. You will comply or be banned.
