WSM defense shut down NEU's big forward.

            I will go first
            For Saturday
            WSM over NEU
EMFC over FC Eugene is very tough at home
            OSA over LO
WUSC by a goal or tie with ESUFC- I think both teams will be motivated for this game.

            For Sunday
FC over OSA possible upset depending how FC plays
            EMFC over WSM
            WUSC over NEU
            ESUFC over LO
(Looks like you only called one game the right way for Saturday) WSM over NEU.
The other 2 games went the opposite way - Nice going for the underdog teams.

Lets see if Sunday goes the same way

Something does not seem right. Two weeks ago Eastside and Willamette both tied against teams they could have easily beat. Then all of a sudden they both lose in the same weekend. Are these teams tired? Did they get to cocky? Or is it all for excitement?

I doubt that WUSC planned to lose 3-0 to Eastside this weekend. That was a real butt beating.

Eastside lost 3-1 up in Seattle last weekend to WSM. They got outplayed that game, so it's not impossible that Lake Oswego got them today.

I have a theory, maybe the other teams are getting better? Other than NEU that seems to be at the bottom of the pack, pretty consistently, it seems like any of the other 7 teams could play big and come out on top with a win.

I don't think teams are getting better.

My opinion is that these boys are tired. Most of these teams have played more games in 6-months than the Timbers have played all year. This is a lot of games and they are probably getting a little tired and making mental mistakes.

I would still say the top two teams are Eastisde and WUSC.
Followed by Eugene, FC and OSA (not in any order)
And then WSM, LO and NEU bring up the bottom.

get over it, the score is posted and the weekend isn't even over. WSM is notorious for not posting scores; even before the weekend is over.

Just about. Why so defensive? If you're going to volunteer to be team manager, then call in the score in a timely manner. By the way, I'm not with WSM, just following the OPL stats and wondered by NEU hadn't turned in the score from Saturday? Doesn't matter what team you're with, just don't be dead dog last to get your score in.

How sad that you can't give credit to WSM and LO for being the only 2 teams to beat the State Cup Champ ESUFC. I'd say they must be improving. OH, and by the way, all the teams are tired, not an excuse to lose.

I'd say the teams should be grouped in two's:

                                WUSC/ESUFC
                                FC Portland/Eugene
                                WSM/OSA
LO/NEU (with LO being the stronger one)
