LaceGuard
I bought this thing called laceguard ( www.laceguard.com ) and haven't had to tie them since! Affordable and all you need.

This very simple tip works and is free: Tie the laces once regularly--no need to double-tie. Next, feed the straight end back through its corresponding loop, gently pinch the loop with one hand, and with your other hand pull the straight end until the loop closes around it. Repeat for the other end and loop. FWIW, I heard some troops use this trick to keep their boots on, and I've never seen a pair come undone using this trick. Hope this helps.
