She can't try to out run the defenders forever. She needs skills get around the fast defenders.

WSM must have a lot of great players if the Rage player could not make the team. As the poster said earlier, if she could not make the squad I would imagine it would be hard for any other player from the Rage to make it.

Is it true that SSC lost 2 players? One to WSM and one to the Rage?
LO lost a defender to THUSC.
I heard FC picked up a new player who is new to the area.
THUSC got players from Rage and LO.
WSM got SSC forward, have not heard of any other pickups.

The progression of talent to fewer teams has begun. It looks like SSC, LO, and Rage will need to combine at U15 to stay competitive.

Then again, who knows, some girls continue to get better and some don't. It is a good thing overall for Oregon Soccer that so many girls continue to tryout and compete!! It should be another exciting year of soccer.

Two players that ThUSC got from the Rage and LO were not good enough to make the Usonians

Sometimes player with talent come with parent with attitude and a decision taking both in considerstion is made in the selection process. Poisonous attitude from one parent can ruin a team. Good luck to all
