Seems like some are sending "quantity" over "quality" you think?

if a doc is truly sending a list of way too many players then it does seem he/she is going for quantity rather than quality.

I would think that a DOC wouldn't be able to pick out more than 3 kids per age group within their own club if they were being honest. 3 is probably even pushing it. There is no way the list should of started out with 50 '98 girls.

The training sessions are for scouting talent so any kid that has been playing well will have a shot. If you weren't selected the first time you still have a chance at the other training sessions. Apparently just about anyone can get into the session since coaches are recommending waaaaaaaaaaaaay too many kids.
