Is Rush girls u15 (and other older groups) using out of state players for their far west regional league? How does that work for them during state cup, are they allowed to use the out of state players? If not where are the other players coming from? Also, when do they play a state game to qualify for state cup?

There are no out of state players on U15 Or Rush girls team. Sometiimes Nike Rush puts together "Select" teams that they go to tournaments with but this is not the case in the FWRL.Originally posted by Unregistered View PostComment

As I understand it any team winning either fall or spring league of FWRL is given a slot to regionals. This slot is superceded by a state championship. If a team wins both a state championship and FWRL, they go to regionals as a state champion.Originally posted by Unregistered View Post
The important tie in is if FWRL qualifies you for regionals you need to carry that same roster at regionals, and hence at state cup.

That U13 league was just a NW league with teams from OR, WA, ID and MT. There was one really weak team(on the girls side) and the rest were all very competitive. I think Rush lost 2-0 to an Idaho team and tied a WA team so I'm not quite sure why they would be upset.Originally posted by Unregistered View PostComment

Realistically how many u11-u14 teams need to be travelling to San Diego to find competition? How many Oregon teams received an invitation?
