What the hell does this have to do with self esteem or kids not making the cut? That doesn't make any sense. And no it is not all the same poster because I posted only one.
So hear this loud and clear
If it is hard for you to believe that parents would think that this type of behavior is unusual, then it is YOU that has a very serious problem and you should seek help. AND you are in the minority. Take a look inward. If you are wondering around town watching u13 girls practice that are not your own kid, very good friends, or a team you are thinking of moving to, it is strange behavior. This one is on you. But people like you would not recognize that would you?
What is the matter with you... the guy said sometimes he stays after his daughter's practice to watch other teams train before going home. This is a far stretch from some random man wandering around town looking for soccer players to watch. Sometimes the dads from our younger teams stay after practice to watch the older girls train. Are they also "pervs" or just curious how the future may look? You're weird.

What is the matter with you? And are you kidding?
THAT IS NOT WHAT HE SAID.... Go back and read the thread. A poster asked for the 98 schedule so he could go watch. After practice is something different than the question that was posed. YOU are weird

and someone else called them "pervs", not me, you should read the posts more carefully.
I have a good idea! How bout you all try to stay productive at your day job, which would include getting off talking soccer and not talk about your children's soccer play.

That's funny you say this in a POST?
But then you would have to talk to yourself? I dont see one post on here about a kids play?

This is for the person that said this was not about kids play but it says in this article "u13 girls" in this post.
I made one of the posts earlier asking for the 98 ODP schedule as well. Our daughter plays in the OPL with the same age group, but did not try out, due to basketball commitments and nobody from her team made the final group to ask.
She and I would like to see the group that was selected and watch them all in action. Does anyone know of the training and game schedule ? Where do they practice ? When are the first games ?
I'm a mom, so please dont call me a perv. If you dont know, please dont respond to my post here.
Otherwise I supposed I can just call the OYSA office in the morning and figure it out on my own.
