It is not OCYS staff paying attention to this thread. They are busy working hard for all that money I am paying them to train/coach my kids. The posters on this forum are mostly jealous of OCYS and if someone were picking a club based on a blog/forum posting without actually meeting club coaches and checking out the team they are interested in, then I hope that family goes some place else because they are probably as nuts as the couple negative posters that are extremely jealous of OCYS success. Go ahead and say -146 goal differential. Who cares, that was last year and this year there is obvious improvement. I am sorry if you missed the boat. There is no sugar coating this issue. At least on the boys side Pre-DA teams (which there is NO designation of this that is approved by US Soccer) practice 3 days a week. All other teams only practice 2 days a week. Teams with high school players shut down this week for 3 months and some will get 1 practice a week on a Saturday morning (maybe)?Originally posted by Unregistered View Post
When the time changes teams have been moved to central winds. Such teams practices have been shortened by 15 min to only 1hr 15min. They have also been given less training area. All practices are shut down in December. Some teams will return in mid Jan, most will come back at the end of January.
