Prior to that, we need to get some assurances. As a sign of peace and sign to come to the office, we ask DOC or any other bald head in charge to paint their head to look like a soccer ball. That will indicate a peace sign for us. Waiting.

I am certainly no expert but it seems that something is eating them up or something else is killing the grass. It is to bad, OC put a lot of money into them when they took over, now they are going back to what they looked like at the end of the FSA days. It seems now that OC has told OCYS they are on their own, they aren't able to take care of them. I wonder what they will look like when ECNL rolls into town for the showcase in December. I don't think that there is enough time to get them in shape by then. again too bad.

What design would you prefer? We can do UEFA Champions League, EPL, La Liga, MLS or any other league. As a special favor to you, we can also do the Brazuca World Cup design. You are our Master and we are your humble servants, so your wish is our command.

Do you assume that every answer to a question about OCYS on this forum comes directly from the club?
What would help is having transparent consistent policies and standards. In its absence all responses and guesses rhyme well with reality.

Bullying by Coaches and Clubs

"...To combat bullying by coaches, Swigonski recommends that parents:
pay attention: observe practices, obtain reports of locker room behavior, and pay attention to a coach's behavior at games to gauge the negativity and prevalence of the behavior;
focus on the behavior: make sure the focus stays on the behavior that needs to be addressed and not allow efforts to correct the behavior to be derailed by the coach's use of defensive techniques (in too many cases, sad to say, with the support and backing of the club or school);
ensure that coaches are covered by a code of conduct. Students aren't the only ones who should be held to a code of conduct; coaches and teachers should too;
report bullying. Reporting behavior to Child Protective Services may also be warranted, depending on what state law says. Most states have laws describing emotional abuse as injury to the emotional stability of a child as evidenced by an appreciable change in behavior, cognition, or emotional response. While there are no clear guidelines regarding verbal bullying aimed at a team rather than an individual, bullying by a coach of an individual child should be reported immediately to club officials. "Nevertheless," writes Swigonski, "such behavior is unacceptable and coaches should face consequences for verbal misconduct including demeaning, name-calling, and insulting young athletes.
