Nothing nefarious there, all a matter of money and business. Because its owners were no longer able or willing to keep it going after it lost a reported $5.5 million in 2012, MLS purchased Chivas USA for a reported $70 million.

Because the NBA couldn't understand why he had a problem with his wife dating black men?

Merely saying that providing an unequal number of training days and hours to players who pay the same fee is UNFAIR (which it may be) and DISCRIMINATORY (which under certain circumstances it could also be) doesn't translate into a valid claim against the club. So..... making use of the club bylaws, any club contracts with any governmental entities, any club contracts with its members or any federal, state or local governmental constitutions or laws, be our guest and lay out your best case against this club.

While I do appreciate that you truly feel an unequal number of training days and hours for players who pay the same fees is unfair and discriminatory, I don't believe that disparity constitutes an actionable claim against this or any other club and I do believe you have been beating a dead horse for quite some time now.
FYSA clearly states the requirement for fee and time schedules as follows:

:201.3 Specific procedures are enumerated within the policies and procedures of FYSA which shall be published and revised as necessary and shall be posted on the website. It shall include the procedures for registration, directions for proper completion of forms, the
current fee schedule, time requirements and any other directions necessary for
                    implementing the registration process.
When any procedure is modified, it shall be posted on the website and distributed to the
                    affiliates within 30 days.
For any conflict between the Policies and Procedures and the Rules, Bylaws of FYSA,
the Bylaws and Rules of FYSA shall take precedent. Rules of specific competitions
sanctioned by FYSA may be more stringent than these rules...."

It does not look like OCYS has followed this when you changed your policies.

You really are an idiot aren't you? This has to do with FYSA procedures for affiliates. It has nothing to do with training schedules or fees.

How is OCYS preventing your daughter from participating in amateur soccer competitions?

I am filing a complaint against fkk. My son doesn't get the same treatment as the girls teams. We don't get the same scrimmages and we don't get to travel and play any decent teams outside of florida. Do I have a case too?
