on and on and on ........
You are wearing this theme out. The answer:

Dad: "son you get on one of those teams by being better than a kid already on that team" "I can get you extra skills session or you can just work at home with the ball on your own. A novel idea for sure"

In terms of feeder for DA, if a kid is not DA talent by the time he is 14 or 15, he is not going to be.

You clearly don't know her if you think she's not the problem. AH might have recruited her but daughter but after hearing about her mother, no way. You must be her sidekick who she is nice to and when you turn around she's telling the others how no players compare to her daughter. You extended your hand out and she uses you like she does everyone else. Feel sorry for you.

          Let us test your statement:
How many new recruits you have in your DA/ECNL come from other clubs?
Why the F... you cannot develop the same if other clubs can do that?

We are about 28 families now and counting. Keep our money ready, yes we want to leave!

              Here is one theory.

If a kid is in a DA club at U13 and then does not go to the DA team at U14, he is not good enough to get another look.

DA teams recruit those outside their club that have (1, never been in a DA club to have a look, (2, come from other DA clubs where they are a known DA talent level player.

The focus is on the DA level talent players, not the other kids once they are past U14 or U15.

It sucks, but it is true.

You are probably right but does not make it fair. But, I have seen coaches that evaluate a player at U13 and then peg the kid. That kid could tryout 5 more times over the next few years and no matter how much better he gets, the coach has him pegged as not good enough. This happens with DA coaches and players that don't make the first cut.

The first impression is the most valuable in sports and life.

Incorrect. Email and texts in black and white. Let's see how their lawyer decides to use them if they go down that path.

If you don't like it, there are other clubs out there.
Are these pre-kids paying different fee?

You can verify. Send out a survey to all customers and find out how practice they would like to see offered?
