I am sure by your talks you cannot go back to your former club either I would gather. Keep this up an Ocys, Fkk and Wff will need to place a retraint order against you. That would vause for a good laugh. Your not on Ocys apparently so move on and work on being a better person for you kid at least. Goodness.

Now, be a good citizen, fellow club parent and seek for reasons why this is happening?
Who was incharge last year when this policy was made?
Is it made on some PRO-Club standards and consistency in mind? Any standards exist at all?
Is it acceptable to manipulate a system supposed to have built on TRUST which is the basis of our country? Is it acceptable to deceive the consumers? Is it acceptable to treat GIRLS differently?

If I understand this correctly, then this age group of kids are in a program to prepare for DA. That is the job these coaches have and it is set up for 3 days a week of training. If the girls side of the club, who has different coaches, want to set up something to prep for ecnl, then that is something to work for. The DA is not part if the youth club but belongs to the pro side as I understand it and they also over see the u9-13 boys. Trying to take away from the boys side or tear down a program won't help the girls. You have to use it as a standard.

This is not an equality rant or fairness rant but to me every Purple Team is a pre-DA or pre-ECNL team. The way set up now is that 10 to 13 year olds who are pre-DA get more training than 14 thru 18 year olds at the club.

If you don't like it, there are other clubs out there.

Yes, if you are 14-18 and not on a DA team, then you are not as good as the DA players and don't deserve the same training and opportunities. This is not REC SOCCER PEOPLE.
The best get nourished and the others just fill out rosters.
