Just listen to yourself, it's not about a club objecting it's about gaining support from clubs that already exist in the 15 mile rule. If a club doesn't give you their support, it's obvious they have some kind of objection. All you are doing is playing the semantics game. I also find it convenient that you don't mention any of the other charges brought against FKK that were found to be untrue. I can tell from your schoolboy rant that HM is in your head. Despite all your insults FKK is not going anywhere. Oh I would also tread lightly about calling out other clubs for coaching I mean "recruiting". Do you object to this or am I just not gaining your support?
The rule is in place. If an existing club objects/does not consent to a new club being formed, then FYSA can deny it. Arguing over whether the existing club is objecting/not consenting/not supporting is irrelavant and ignorant.
The rule is in place for a reason. It isn't wrong for a club to use it to keep another club from forming in its same general area. In this case, it is understandable that OCYS is used it. If you recall, OCYS acquired CFK and paid money as part of that process. Then a year later, the CFK people tried to form a club in the same area, using the same fields that OCYS had acquired through the merger.

It is listed under the rules and bylaws, and FYSA refers to it as a rule in their minutes. The Coalition, which FKK is a member of, stated the 15 mile rule as one of their objections to OC starting the free soccer programs around Orlando. (So did the Coalition object, or did they not consent?)

What about all the slanderous attacks about poaching and other deceptive practices"? All were unfounded. Reasonable? As mentioned before, this is bigger than 15 miles and u know it. Keep playing the victim but the truth is out.

The fact that there were no ramifications over the poaching does not mean the charges were baseless, only that no one cared about poaching by a club without affiliation. I mean what was FYSA supposed to do, grant affiliation just so they could sanction them? I don't care about poaching regardless, it goes on all the time and I think the rule is ridiculous, but don't try to say it never happened.
