Now that is a great idea. Keep the event affordable for all. Spend the extra $$$$ on better players. I go to the games for soccer game not the surroundings could care less.
MLS in Orlando would be fantastic and the Citrus bowl renovated would work beautifully.
If a NEW stadium is needed then possibly in 5-6 years after our economy improves and more pressing issues are handled a stadium could be considered.
Baby steps!
Can't spend 100 million just because the best team in USL won another championship. Community leaders must think with their heads not emotions.

Nutty thought but why even go into MLS. Our USL team beat two or three MLS teams this year. Let MLS chase us for a while. Our USL attendance average rivals some MLS teams.
Save the money my family enjoyed the game and we will come back to USL or MLS. We will come back to the Citrus Bowl..

MLS is overrated. USL is equally as good. If you want better quality soccer watch EPL.
If we build a stadium then what do we do with the Citrus bowl.
Moster truck and a bowl game per year. Horrible investment. Maybe we should totally revamp the Citrus Bowl to soccer specific. Two stadiums sitting empty is an economic mistake for Orlando.

to be honest it might be more like Equally as bad. The championship game last night with 11 goals scored was better suited for Buddy and Teresa who haven't a clue of good soccer.
MLS is equally as bad as USL Pro.
Orlando City USL Pro team is exceptional for USL Pro. Better managed better coached and better organization. Orlando City USL Pro is as good as most every MLS team. No MLS team would score 7 goals on Orlando City.
No offense to Charlotte but they are no better then a amateur team with proper fitness.
The Charlotte goal keeper was throwing balls into the net and could not even kick a ball in the first half.
Congratulations to Orlando City on winning yet another championship.
And what was best was seeing youth with team jerseys from pretty much all of the local clubs in the area. Bodes well for the future of soccer in Central Florida!

The Garzshponeys and avalon spend too much time throwing up on themselves and a big disgrace to the communitu
Congratulations to Dom and thank you Sporting KC for your player loan to us.
An 18,000 seat stadium costing 100 millions dollars makes no sense for Orlando. The USL finals was attended by 21,000 fans according to Orlando City so on average 3,000 fans won't be able to purchase a ticket to an MLS match. Just think for a moment about ticket prices if this stadium is built. The stadium cost 100 millions so besides local tax money and tourist tax local citizens will pay at the gate. The average family of 4 could spend as much as $300 to $500 for every home game not to mention parking, food costs.
Go to MLS Portland Timbers to check ticket prices.
This theory is called Supply and Demand!

Go MLS!
This makes sense. Supply and Demand.... The OC businessman is the only benefactor in a stadium deal
