Ofcourse they will be running after this year. They have certain parents and coaches that are willing to fund their club to stay in control. They have the better older girls teams. I am sure it will reflect this weekend at Disney. When those teams and parents are gone in a couple of years, you will be left with a shell of a club. It won't happen next year but as these coaches kids graduate off and hue needs a bigger paycheck, things will change. You may consider Orlando City corporate but it isn't dependent on one person to keep the club going. They have coaches that don't have kids that play or their coaches have this as their full time career. Lots of them not just 1 or 2. It is what central Florida has been wanting for years. We wanted to have new people not from our area to run soccer. Well we are getting it in droves.

We expect nothing more than wins this weekend from FKK, have you looked at the schedule to see who they are playing and what groups they are in? There is not one game that they will be playing that they should not come out on top. It's easy to win games when you are in the bottom brackets come on people.

a club without a corporate soccer mentaility who has a wonderful relationship with maitland SC - OC is working hard to ruin that relationship. Thank goodness the Maitland folks see straight thru the crap. I'm sure an invite to maitland leaders is coming soon; the corporate seats at Citrus Bowl along with a warm smile and a full court press in coming but in the meantime just know OC what your doing is not in the best interest for children. Just move on and get busy with your children in your club.

If we can't beat them with the players we have then I say put a purple uniform on and start the media blitz

Your beef is with people that don't even work at OC anymore. You idiots keep talking about coaches that have not worked at OC in months. They listened, they cleaned house and brought in winning FCA coaches. What do you do? Follow the idiots that were fired and start your own club. You deserve all the pain and disappointment that is coming. Your U18 girls may have commits but your U14-16 girls are expecting the same thing and have no league to be scouted. Do you honestly think GCF has national college coaches coming out to watch games? CDL? FSPL? You are living in a fantasy world and you need to take the blinders off and see what is going on in the real world of college recruitment.

I'm pretty aware of that "world", since my kid is a D1 commit. In fact I'm a lot more aware than the OCYS leadership- who don't even know what NLI day is. FKK will have about 20 signings this February- ACC, SEC and more. There's already another 6-8 committed for 2015 signings, with mor to come this Spring- which is the peak 'season' for HS Juniors to commit.

i've heard all the OC noise and spin- let's see results. and let's see what the athletes say when asked "who helped you in your recruiting".

I'm pretty aware of that "world", since my kid is a D1 commit. In fact I'm a lot more aware than the OCYS leadership- who don't even know what NLI day is. FKK will have about 20 signings this February- ACC, SEC and more. yes OC will have a few boys signed with major colleges but who helped those boys. I'm sure OC will take full credit and even do interviews putting boys on the spot but the truth is the truth everything washes out soon enough.
