Great, still drama.....sounds like ocys wants to keep my kids from playing soccer now.....imagine that. Just turned in my ocys season tickets. I can't wait unti news gets hold of this.....

No inside knowledge, but claims might include breach of contract (maybe related to merger agreements and/or employment contracts), trademark (perhaps Kraze/Krush names & logo), wrongful interference with contractual and business relations, false/deceptive practices, etc. Really need to see the complaint (lawsuit filing) to know for sure. Will be interesting to see if FKK and HM file a counterclaim. Also will be interesting to see if FYSA is brought into this.

Legal fees/costs will be a factor (financial resources and ability to pay for litigation). Timing could be part of strategy too. Could influence some to reconsider club commitment by July 1 (or July 15) FYSA outside date.

In the end, many will be losers if this litigation happens -- would be sad chapter in central FL youth soccer.

Heres an thought, if they had put a fraction of time that they've put into tring to hurt FFK into the players and teams they had last year perhaps they wouldn't have the issue they have now.

OC is not trying to stop players from playing. This alls has to do with HM and not abiding by rule and contracts, you guys should be asking him questions no wondering why OC is doing what they are doing. HM and OC had a business deal HM broke that deal, did he forget to tell you people that? Ask what else there is he should tell you. You remember you followed him, don't blame OC because your man could not or would not abide . Didn't OCYS fire HM?

What about the kids? You know there are quite a few parents that registered at FKK that weren't at OCYS the prior year and have no dog in this fight at all between FKK and OCYS. They just want to have a place for there child to play. Contrary to some people's belief there are a lot of good parents out there that just want there child to have fun and play soccer.

Now I don't know the nature of this lawsuit, but if it does in fact end up effecting innocent kids then it is going to look like a very bad move.

I guess we will wait and see what happens.

Why is anyone surprised by OC actions. OC has passed the blame on every single problem they themselves created. Now filing a suit makes sense.

So when fkk does something and it affects our OC kids, that is ok. We shouldn't be allowed to revoke the insults or protect our fields or our children from harassment. Plain and simple it is a one way street with fkk. I don't want any kid hurt but fkk knew they were doing unethical things and just expect everyone would let then because of the kids. Well our kids were harassed and hurt too so why doesn't that count?
