A Orlando County teacher ect ect ect why is this act not on the news.
Citizens need to be informed. What if this person hired and trained by Orlando City is truly dangerous. Our children are at stake not just refs.

Such deplorable behavior by ANY coach certainly would be, or at least should be an embarrassment to ANY club.
Let's assume you're employed (or contracted-for-hire) with ABC Company. ABC Company provides its employees and its contract-for-hire affiliates with it's Code of Conduct along with the company's expectation regarding adherence to the Code as well as consequences for non-compliance.
One day ABC Company's Joe Employee (or Joe Contract-For-Hire) has a "loosened screw" and violently attacks a fellow employee, customer, etc. (or fails in some other way to adhere to the Code of Conduct).
Whereas some of those with a pre-existing negative attitude toward ABC Company might attempt to use the incident to blemish all of ABC Company, only a fool would project Joe's abnormal behavior onto the entirety of ABC Company before all the facts are available.
Let's wait for ALL the facts, including OCYS' and FYSA's ensuing responses to the incident, before "throwing the baby (coach of inapproprite behavior) out with the bath water (OCYS)".

If your a business owner of Orlando City or a stock holder in this corporation soon going to MLS and your pay day is around the corner your saying to yourself " what the heck is going on "
Very sad day to see this unfold.
4 Winter Springs Police officer on the scene another State Trooper called in to help with an estimated 200 plus on lookers watching the Orlando City Youth Soccer coach wearing the famed purple coaching polo of Orlando City with the Orlando City Crest on his chest strangling a local referee. My children were running in fear. I ran them as quickly as possible from the horrific act by an adult hired to coach by Orlando City Youth soccer organization. My child lost sleep last night and my daughter woke up screaming in a nightmare from what she witnessed.
We all expect more from Orlando City Youth Soccer. This is the youth club we as a community are finacially supporting. ( 2 MILLION DOLLARS FROM SEMINOLE COUNTY TAX PAYERS ALONE ) This Orlando City coach hired and approved by Orlando City Youth to represent the Orlando City Brand. Orlando City Brand is now further tarnished. The Orlando City Board of Directors seen as fully disconnected unless media attention in a postive nature is around them need to take action.
The color PURPLE will not be seen as a positive in my household.
A Sad day for Soccer in our community brought to you by Orlando City Youth Soccer Organization.

Politicians I assume after a the warm fuzzy feeling they got after the USL finals.
Separate business from that warm feeling you get in sports. This is business and our country is going into another depression soon. Our government is about to shut down.
In 2008 when our financial system colapased our country looked to Barclay Bank of England for help with Leman Brothers they said yes initially and then backed out of the deal. Google it or watch the movie " To Big to Fail " AIG created issues because of their Greed.
This site a public site to air your thoughts and opinions. My thoughts are my own and no one should act on my thoughts. As a parent involved in youth soccer I'm frankly sickened by all the greed i'm seeing.
Good luck Orlando your hitching your wagon to an animal you know little about that see's you as a tool to get something.
The media is at fault with inresponsible reporting of facts.

P.S. Make sure your kids don't see any repeat episodes of Barney - that "purple" just might send them into a relapse of hysteria.

You Fkker's are just gushing with glee over this unfortunate incident aren't you? Obviously the coach is off his rocker and needs to be removed from the team, but come on, the comments about this reflecting on the club as a whole are over the top. You should all learn a little restraint and just hope the same doesn't happen at your club.

Some of you posters are "way overboard".
What factual evidence presently exists that supports this twisted notion that the club itself was intentionally and knowingly and willingly an active party to this individual coach's bad behavior?
Yeah, this clown was coaching one of the club's teams but...the club can't and shouldn't be held liable or responsible for some kook who out of the blue flies off the handle.
I think some of you posters are using this unfortunate incident only as just another excuse to throw rocks at a club with which you have previously taken issue.
Other than a standard background check (as required by FYSA) our club doesn't conduct expensive and extensive pychological profile testing of all its coaches - and I seriously doubt any other youth soccer clubs do so.
No doubt if any such similar unfortunate incident were to occur in your club you'd be blasting not the coach but your entire organization, right?
