They closed down half of the complex for maintenance already - fine with me as long as they leave some fields open for individual training. Field maintenance can be done perfectly easily on a rotation basis especially if the numbers are down from last year which I expect.

If you look at the other fields around Orlando OCYS already has some of the best. Let's let the kids play and develop. Or do we have to buy our way on with private training????
We belong to this awesome club and live in the area.
Our high schoolers, both boys and girls get together and play some nights without anyone bothering them.

Really Really Really hope it's NOT true because if by Chance OCYS was put on Probation by US Soccer after 1 season would you NOT say this has to be the worse run soccer organization in America after being handed everything.

Hope it's NOT true but if true join us all ousting these poor excuses for soccer leaders.

Is that Fair Enough? Now go to bed and lets wait to see how this shakes out.

Let's add to the list. BP has made like a banana and split. So the savior of youth soccer in central florida left in the middle of the night. What will Robin, GB "Pepe" do without batman? Do you think SR is going to hug people? Is that a qualification of Director of OCYS? What about nosense? LH that is! I just read in yesterdays paper she got married, again. This morning I read she is getting a divorce. Last year she took a week off to get married, a week off for her honeymoon a week off for her divorce and the worst week of all time was to get her B license. The license that the club actively promoted in the press that she did not have! Now she is taking her coaching skills and a demotion to the back office. She is no longer a director in the club.

New items at the consession stand this fall.

              1. Lawyers on sale for $20 per hour consultation. The name of the lawyer sounds like bowls. They come in husband and wife pairs.
              2. Perfume tested and perfected by Pepe. It can cover up anything!
              3. Sour Patch candy. This is an old item but we make it in Cajun flavor now. It will be discontinued very soon.
              4. Books on sale with Fabio on the cover. They come in English and American. These books only cost .50 as they have been owned by every club in Orlando and were recently picked out of the trash. We also have the same books on tape of course the narrator translates it into fish and chips.
              5. Harry Potter items with Voldemort. Voldemort is a harmless toy that can be used to entertain both children and adults. The toy however cannot actually do anything.

Please be prepared to make a donation to the Pro team stadium fund at checkout. They will ask for your money and all social media contact information. Expect to get 10 tweets, 3 emails and a you tube video by noon.

If you give $1 to the fund the englishman and the brazilian will each take the mayor out to dinner.

              Cheers

I always look forward to the weekends to read this stuff. Here's my personal take:
OC had a very rough first year. They worked with many and depended on everybody wanting to work together to make things work for the kids. This is not what happened from many directions.
I believe they have learned alot. I can't speak for ecnl to much but DA does need more organization this year compared to last. They seem to be on a better track this year and all together. Even the rush coaches seemed on a new level this year from last. They all appear to prepared for what DA should be and are ready to take that on.

Glad you are a positve person but they were not prepared this year. They had tryouts before they were allowed to have tryouts and that is one reason why they are on probation. They only had 12 kids go to Dallas and they allowed other kids to sit on the bench to hide this issue. US Soccer noticed! They have already lied to dozens of kids about DP status and the 16 team has lost 3 significant players. One went to Chicago, one is in the 17 program, and one moved to Holland.

They have a nurse running the program with no soccer experience.

                  Will be worse this year.

                  Stay positive though.

Well I did some research and most DA programs had their tryouts prior to their areas regular tryouts to allow the kids who didn't make DA the opportunity to tryout for other teams. That is easy to find out just google. I am not an optimist but more pessimist however I do believe OC can now get a grip on their program and move forward with a year of experience under their belt.

Isn't the U18 team mostly made up of Jacksonville players.

Given your comments (all of which have been previously posted ad nauseum), it seems safe to assume you're not/wouldn't be a member of this club.

So exactly from what mental compulsive-obsessive disorder do you suffer which drives you to regurgitate the same vitriol repeatedly? You bring nothing new to the discussion.

Move along to whatever club is in your future.

Seriously, you need to get over it AND get over yourself.

Did you find out if OC did tryouts before the DA allows. Do your research on that. You will find out that OC broke the rules again. Stay positive.

Since the likes of PDA and Texas starts their tryout in April, how was ocys too early?

Apparently you've already done the research, so to enlighten everyone, perhaps you can post a link or references to the USSDA rules regarding tryouts to factually verify that OC broke the rules.

                                Thanks in advance.
