Sorry, the DA doesn't work that way. The DA was not given to OCYS (FSA), it was given to OCYS (CFK, Rush), because these two clubs had the structure and personel to run a DA program. You have to show some sort of developement of players as a club and you also have to have a good club structure for this program. FSA has shown neither, so without CFK and Rush involved it won't happen. FSA has been losing numbers and quality over the last several years because of the people and lack of club structure. FSA is not a club that USSF would give a DA to so don't think that you would keep it if both CFK and Rush aren't involved. Just taking FSA and giving it the OCYS name does not make that group of coaches any better.Originally posted by Unregistered View PostComment

Sorry, USSF does not give out DA club status to just any club. If you think that OCYS will keep the DA if both CFK and Rush are not involved then you are sorely mistaken. FSA personel have not shown that they can develope a club to the standards that they are looking for. Getting the DA is as much about club structure as it is about past developement of players. To run a DA takes a lot more than a coach showing up to practice and training the kids. The program requires a lot of paperwork and documentation of the players in the program. FSA has not shown that they are able to accomplish any of the things that are required.
