This means DA(deal with Rush) and pro team would stay. This also means only people getting screwed is HM and his token board. If this is true I would bet CFK has a hard time getting teams beyond the ECNL teams.

OC's financial backing
FLR - partnership for coaches and players
CFK's boys program
There is no way that OC is going to allow coaches to dictate direction and policy. At the end of the day they want kids developing in a program but more importantly they want a nationally recognized program.
FSA's 400+ kids and some kids on loan from FLR isn't going to cut it, so they will do one of two things:
Fire the problem coaches
Pull the name and funding which would return FSA to their former glory.
DA would either go to FLR with a co-op with CFK or would go away all together.
OC could decide to align themselves with this effort and since FLR is a MLS Rush affiliate it would make since that they would end up with CFK with ECNL and 1700 kids.
Again it's about the kids developing but from a business prospective, for OC they want access to 1700 kids which to them represents attendance at their home games.
FSA's value is their field. Their program has fallen from where it once was and their business plan has failed to improve things. If it falls through they are pretty much done because all the options short of an east coast club will have dried up. FCA, CFK, FLR would be foolish to even answer their calls.

OH and FSA has been so succesful running things on their own. What a joke you have a bunch of clueless guys that have run that club in the ground over the past few years, they should be jumping at the chance to turn things around but of course once again it's all about their power trip, never about the players.

Perform or perish. It is an axiom in business and sports. CFK, Rush and even lowly FCA get it. They understand they must perform at a higher level or disappear.
FSA is perishing and is accelerating their death if this rumor has any truth to it.
Pouring gasoline on their own dumpster fire.

Have CS and GB coach a team together. Could be the best reality TV show ever made. Throw in some crazy soccer milfs. Totally, must see TV.

Coaches running the club instead of the board?
Lack of overall success at FSA?
FSA's inability to manage their debt ?
FSA's dwindling membership?
CFK's acceptance in ECNL?
CFK's 4 teams in State Cup Final 4?
CFK's 1700 kids?
OC has a business model and it's evident that they felt their best chance of achieving success was with the structure and people they chose to put in place.
You call it arrogance and bulling, I call it business. The FSA faithful are over playing their hand and whats said is in the end it's the kids that will lose.
