well, I guess Prout with - ahem, 4 games in 6 days, is still theoretically in the hunt - thanks a lot AD..great concern on student-athlete well-being for keeping crappy fields all these years.

RIIL makes all the rules regarding playoffs.
The only thing that differs between each division is byes.
D2 and D3 are guaranteed the top 4 get byes. In D1 it depends on how many teams get in.
12 teams 4 byes, 13 teams 3 byes, etc.
Such an idiotic system. But that is RIIL for you.
If you do not have a winning record why should you even be in the playoffs?

Who would be the higher seed in that situation?

D2 would have been a great playoff is RIIL had moved Pilgrim up and kept Burrillville down.

More bad weather - guess Prout will keep the regular season going longer..
How does RIIL decide Scituate v Barrington seed since didn't the tie in the head to head?

[QUOTE=Unregistered;2365865]Where was the Lincoln against Prout so the team would have a better seed instead of looking at a q-final exit at LSA..
Not meant as a point towards Lincoln, my point is that SK is being anointed as a finalist however they were unable to beat CW, Portsmouth, Mount Hope & Lincoln. It's a odd year, obviously LSA should be there but I don't see SK as given just yet. Prout just thumped Lincoln but SK can only draw. It's that kid of a year.

How do people here seem to know the matchups already? They don’t appear to be posted yet? Care to share?
