Does anyone have any info about bayside's winter schedule? Where do they practice and how often? Do all teams play indoor games or futsal? Do they offer winter specialty clinics for older age groups (u12 and up)?

No problem with practicing outside but do practices tend to get canceled? How often do teams practice in the winter?

Are you serious about the winter outdoor practices? At which location do they normally practice indoors in the winter months?

Originally posted by Unregistered View PostCommunication from club could be better (to put it mildly) but if your kid is serious about soccer and aspires to play in college then Bayside is the best option in RI. Deserved or not they get the best players. Look at state cup this year. All six boys teams won and all 6 girls teams are in the finals tomorrow. Only RI clob where all teams play in NPL. As they get older, this gives them access to high level college showcase tournaments (Jefferson Cup, PDA, Disney Showcase, etc) which are well attended by college coaches. I know on the girls teams the past two years the U18ish teams had approximately 90% of the girls go on to play in college (most D3, some D2 and a few D1). So the “stay away” comment above all depends on why you are paying $2000++ per year for your kid to play soccer. If you want great communication from the coach then play for GPS. Best soccer on the field is at Bayside.
