I would say player of the year is the one who scored the most goals (division doesn't matter) as that's all that matters. I'd add the Lasalle defense, Mt Hope midfielder #25, Smithfield goalie, all of the Coventry kids as they were given a lot of love last year, and anyone who made the first team or second team last year as they always make it again even if undeserved the year before.

I don't know a better girls coach in RI than BH. He gets more out of what Smithfield gives him than anyone could expect. Whether it's SHS or Strikers he consistently puts his teams in a position to succeed.

Too bad you can't be even a 1/100th of a coach. Sad. Keep trying though.
