Always lots of bayside bashing but take a look at the homepage of their website, no other RI club is sending that many kids to play college soccer.

Bayside is the only club in RI that regularly gets its players in front of college coaches. They do a good job with that.

Some of the boys names are misleading. JJ just joined Bayside this year as a u18. He is an NEFC kid who got Bryant's attention while there.

2 of the boys are already in the 2d semester of their freshman year at college.

Are you that stupid? Please understand the facts about something before you make stupid statements on TS.

The list says U18 boys team and those kids were on that U18 team and they have a few more missing. Also JJ played at East Providence Merchants until U12, Black Watch until 14 and Bruno played up with Nate Millet for 1 year maybe 2 cant remember then played in his age group at NEFC for two years. Nate Millet was the U18 boys at bayside coach for two season one year ago and JJ would have come over earlier if Nate was still on staff. Second what is so misleading did he or did he not play for bayside? the answer is yes he did end of discussion. You don't know when he committed and you don't know who helped him the most. Im sure NM had more to do with it then anyone. ED Kelly doesn't give a **** about you unless your going to BC.

Ed does a fine job with his NEFC players. Many gob to great college programs. He, however, rarely recruits from his team nor from Mass or RI for that matter. So not sure what your statement means other than he cares for nobody that he has ever coached which is far from the truth. My son played for him before going to the DAP and he has continued to be a great resource and no he is not going to BC.

You don't even know Ed Kelly. Ed is a tremendous coach who gives 110% to his NEFC teams which is much more than any of the Bayside coaches can say. Ed shows up and as the previous poster says is a great resource and networking help for any of his kids who want to play soccer. The point about JJ is that he played for NEFC during the most important recruiting years of u16 and u17. He hasn't even played a game for Bayside u18s yet and he only joined up with Bayside this year because it's closer to home than Marlboro MA and his college search was complete.

Is there any list of all the players from RI (or MA for that matter) both boys and girls of the class of 2014 --who they are, where they are playing in college, whether D1, 2, or 3? This could be useful for parents of younger players, maybe if nothing else to help shed some light on the likelihood of playing in college?

You state that you don't even know Ed to the original poster, yet you then bash all the Bayside coaches in your response and state how Ed does more than any of them, bit contradicting? Do you know all of the Bayside coaches, and know how much they care or don’t care??

I am sure Ed is a great guy and does help his kids, so do the Bayside coaches, some more than others, but come on don't be the person your moaning at, as your comment is exactly the same just bashing Bayside not Ed !!!

This is a good list but there is a girl from Barrington playing D3 at Wentworth that is not listed here. I think there are many that slip through the cracks on these lists.

I don't know how the soccer world survived without that update. Christ none of the Bayside commits are there either.
