Actually EG generated so little offense that they rarely had the opportunity to be offsides.

EG did not suffer a "surprise loss" that has any baring on them for D1 placement. Maybe a blow to D1 honor and prestige, but I'd call it a fluke. Was it even the EG varsity team?

No way 5 goals scored in the EG/Prout game. This has all the makings of a 1-0 or 2-1 game.

Best defenses are good - give Prout edge on keeper, both offenses are limited - becomes a game of who wins the battles in the middle.

I wouldn't underestimate Prout's home field advantage - get real use to a ball playing true on turf - tough to make the switch to a postage size uneven field.

Going from turf to grass a lot easier than than grass to turf. Neither team can score though, so on overall team, I think EG has the edge. Still , no 5 goal game here

EWG 4 - TIV 1 Tiverton is pretty good but will not stop EWG

MSC 2 - NARR 2 Both teams play a similar game - MSC has a little more depth but NARR plays hard and has a couple of speedy forwards

PIL 1 - LIN 1 Probably a boring game - a lot of back and forth and kicking it out.
