The point remains the same - at U16 next year, there are 3 players from RI playing on ECNL teams in MA - none are playing in CT. The three players are all good and could play for RI's top team at the age bracket, Bayside.
Other than these three, there are no other "top talent" RI-based players at U16 playing outside the state.
Sadly, if these three players stayed in state and played at Bayside - you possibly have a Regional finalist from RI this year in Hershey.
Hard to say what will get them more exposure - regional 1 finals or ECNL first-round play.
