It has often been said here that Pilgrim is one of the top 2-3 teams in D2
Pilgrim, as good as they are, would have a tough game against TG, the 12th place D1 team. Perhaps they would win, perhaps not. But these claims by/about the top 5 D2 teams is just plain comical. Most would be mid-table D1 teams as best.

Maybe BC coaching staff will spot her at this year's President's Cup tournament.
Thanks - this statement confirms that this site is a complete and utter waste of time and I should be doing more work.
My productivity level just went up for the day - Thanks.

If you look at their record, the beat the hell out of a lot of the bad teams early in the year, since then they really haven't been offensively dominate.
But certainly don't let the facts stand in the way of the there's no defense in D1 argument

Then when against a better group of defenders it's back to reality. DI doesn't have the huge drop off in defending but it is there. I would think that any of the top scorers in DII and DIII would be welcome additions to any DI team. They would not score nearly as many goals, but no kid scores that many goals unless they have a considerable amount of natural talent.

Unless you mean that she is 10th on the goal scorers list? Don't see too many defenders or GK's on the list, perhaps they all suck? Otherwise they would score goasl too and be on the Top 10 players list, right?

Really, you can keep an running record of the 15 teams who roster an average of 18 girls or roughly 270 girls in D2 alone, really? Are you prepared to make a list of top 10 in D3 too?
But then again you said only "most of them play" Who have you missed, exactly? Anyone who is prepared to make such definitive statements must have a list of ladies who, for one reason or another, they haven't seen play yet? Or maybe you have "sensed" everything you need to to decide who is in the top 10?
You're a putz, but that is just my sense of you. Not having seen you watch all these girls play.

One of the top scorers from D3 last year moved up to D2 this year. She's a great kid, good player but her goal scoring has fallen off dramatically this year.
If she went to D1 next year, her goals would be cut in half again. There is no doubt she'd go from 30+ goals last year to less than 10 in D1.
Stats don't lie - in D2 and D3 if you are individually skilled, you will score goals.
In D1, you need to either have College D1 level individual skills (think SR from Cumberland) or have plenty of talent around you (NK this year) or you ain't going to score. In some rare cases you have both (MM from LaSalle).
It's that easy folks - stop wasting your time arguing anything else - numbers don't lie.
If your D2 and D3 kids were nearly as good as you think they are - they would be lighting it up on Regional levels (and they ain't).
