Are you incorporating in Massachusetts??????
Here's the point..if you have a revoked status, it seems to me the law is clear that you do not have the ability to transact business..is your player insurance valid from SRI is the club is not in good standing with the state to do business?
Someone should tell Bristol, EWG, and Smithfield as well..all showing as having been revoked to do business in RI..
§ 7-6-57 Issuance of certificate of revocation. – (a) Upon revoking any certificate of incorporation, the secretary of state shall:
(1) Issue a certificate of revocation in duplicate;
(2) File one of the certificates in the secretary of state's office;
(3) Send to the corporation by regular mail a certificate of revocation, addressed to the registered office of the corporation in this state on file with the secretary of state's office;
(b) Upon the issuance of the certificate of revocation, the authority of the corporation to transact business in this state ceases.

Ok...we get it, Bayside FC is better than Bayside United and Bayside FC is better than all other clubs in New England. The parents are better looking, more successful and just all around better human beings than the slug parents at all other clubs. I think everyone here will totally agree.
Ok?? Feel better?

Bayside FC is better than Bayside United.
But Bayside United has to be one of the bottom five clubs in all of New England in terms of quality of players, teams, staff, and organziation skills.
Probably one of the top clubs in New England for scumbags.

I must admit I think Bayside FC U12 is a better team then Bayside United U12 and I know that the club as a whole is better. But I for one dont appreciate you grouping a whole club into the word scumbags. I have friends who decided for whatever reason to try united and that does not make them scumbags. And they are probably thinking about making the move to FC but parents like you might change there minds. 90 % of the FC comments on this site come from 5 % of the FC parents. Every club has them and I apologize for them.
