Yeah, my kid is playing somewhere not because of a lack of playing time or performancemance but because you could smell the sh.. spewing from a mile away from his former club. Don't make it so obvious....

"Keep complaining and you will get labeled and your kid won't get picked in the future at any club once that happens."
Poster: Becareful with this post, calling another club on a kid/parent to prevent them getting picked on a team could back fire on you. Might be looking at legal issues on this one. Not a coach, but a parent who witnessed a disgruntled coach try to make this happen. It was very ugly! Hopefully every kid who played for this team makes it in June on another..

You subject your kids to this type of play so stop complaining. Find or you found a club where your kids are getting playing time now so be happy and move on. Clubs and coaches are free to play kids as they wish. Keep complaining and you will get labeled and your kid won't get picked in the future at any club once that happens. Accept some of the responsibility for putting your kids in a situation they were not prepared for.
You are in for a rough ride until you learn what premier soccer means. Soccer schoolsand clinics are a better choice for kids this age who are not yet ready for the rigors of play and coaching in premier.

[QUOTE=Unregistered;755517]Clearly ok for a coach to trash a kid though? Nice double standard....Only in RI[/
Has any coach ever said anything bad about another coach? How about program? I have.....shame on me...We are all human beings

All I see are concerned parents posting out of good faith. I'm greatful for them, not because I wouldnt join a particular club, but at least I can go into a club knowing what to look out for. Thanks TS parents! Coaches that do the right things are the ones that will be praised and parents will say nothing but good things about them. There are plenty of good coaches out there, and yes there are bad ones....my kid plays for an unbelievable program and the coach is phenomenal.....this coach should listen to what these people are saying and change; learn to incorporate kids with less skills into the games, and learn how to speak to the kids appropriately......My opinion, if this coach continues on this path there won't be a program....These parents put food on your plate not vice versa....You picked them now train them! Good luck..
