Isn't it pretty much JUST the Bruno and TW Riptide in the state cup for girls U17, as opposed to 4 or 5 teams at the U16 level?

I dont even think the three girls clubs--Bayside, Bruno and Blackwatch--need to do much work. They are ready to go!

All 3 are on the correct track and it's nice to see both for the girls and the state. When we have less parents driving their girls deep into Massachusetts then we'll know they are doing better. Were they allowed to start this earlier at least 1 or 2 of them would be there already.
No knock on them at all mind you - they have done excellent in a short period of time.

Tidal Wave won't get there because they are Rhode Island in name only. They get girls better than town but who are not good enough to play on the better Mass teams.

if you look at the 17 teams, you'll see MA and CT girls joining a RI team. There are some folks crossing the border in the other direction.
