Does it matter that he's connected? You are portraying it like it's a bad thing. In the workplace, don't you think connections play a part in landing a job, getting business, etc? committed and actually playing are 2 different things...JN has fed this whole age group a load of crap and it will only hurt them in the long run - they are not used to working for time/sitting the bench/etc.
