So many of the kids denied opportunity through this BRD are doing very well so....in the end - none of this mattered.

Just because it ended up working out for the better doesn’t mean it didn’t feel terrible for those girls left out at the time it happened. A pleasant present doesn’t completely negate a sucky past.

Those kids were not good at soccer. They were left out for a reason. They weren’t good soccer players. I blame their parents. They didn’t pass down any athleticism to their daughters!!

All of this was predicted on this thread years ago! BB and crew are getting exactly what they deserve. Karma always wins!

Numbers are going to be huge where? The Ukies 06/05 next year didn't turn out as expected. Ukies will have a GA team with 20-24 players initially but that will dwindle down to < 18 by May and the black team will struggle for numbers all season. Such is life at U19.

The travel will suck, and they won't get kids to drive to VA and MD for GA games. Especially since many bought into high level training with games being secondary. The GA events will be even worse.

Because there are only 9 of us going to Ukies. Some stayed, some went to Delco, some went to PDA South. None of the trapped 05's the Ukies were counting on are leaving their ECNL teams. Add up all those kids and it comes to around 14 maybe 12. You can do the math from there.

Makes sense if her ACL is torn she wouldn’t be back for 9 - 12 months . Sad ending for BB’s kid - lesson for all Karma always wins.
