EDP parent here - RL is a joke league. Its common knowledge.

Why does everyone care who spends there money where - if people want to play RL what difference does it make, if people want to play EDP what difference does it make, if people want to play ECNL what difference does it make, there are good teams and bad teams, good clubs and bad clubs, good leagues and bad leagues - all at every age group so what difference does it make where parents decide is right for there kids, teams have had BRD - and they are fine with that, kids have made teams on there own skills, kids make teams because of a carpool - this kind of stuff happens all over the place not just in Pennsylvania

I dont know about that, ECNL Mid-Atlantic is pretty horrific .... can you imagine being the worst team in that sorry conference? YIKES!

FYI, FCB is in the North Atlantic conference with three of the top teams in the country (PDA Blue, Match Fit and Bethesda) and likely the best team in the country (PDA Blue).

FC Delco is looking pretty good this year. Bet a lot of the 2006 FC Bucks parents are upset they bet on the wrong horse. Their little Mia's could have been playing in the top tier ECNL national event, rather than the bottom of the barrel event that combines the worst ECNL teams with the best RL teams.

Yet somehow, FC Delco sits at the top of the standings, will be playing at the top ECNL National Events, and will almost definitely have more and better college commitments from its 2006 team than FC Bucks could every dream of.

FYI - throughout the rest of the country ECNL North Atlantic is widely viewed as one of the weakest divisions in the ECNL. The only saving grace in the North Atlantic division is PDA blue. There is PDA blue and everyone else. Keep drinking the kool aid, writing those checks and fooling yourself that the division your kid plays in is quality.

FYI - throughout the rest of the country ECNL North Atlantic is widely viewed as one of the weakest divisions in the ECNL. The only saving grace in the North Atlantic division is PDA blue. There is PDA blue and everyone else. Keep drinking the kool aid, writing those checks and fooling yourself that the division your kid plays in is quality.

Results at national events, along with college placement, does not reflect that the North Atlantic isn't one of the best divisions. Penn Fusion and Continental FC (Delco) currently have the majority of their players making impacts at the Division I level, and those college programs continue to return to see those clubs play, along with the rest of the ECNL North Atlantic. Although FC Delco and FC Buck are a mess if D-I college is the goal of your daughter then play ECNL. But if Holy Family or Arcadia is the goal, them continue to play on a non-ECNL team.

Pennridge Lady Rams are beasts! Who is going to compete with this crew for the next 3 years? The coach up there says if you aren't playing ECNL don't bother trying out.

Wow - you are really showing your true colors and that you have such little confidence in your little Mia's abilities and the ability of our team that you have to try to trash RL at every chance you get - why do you care so much if someone plays RL unless it is you are truly afraid of the possibility of a real tryout...

Good riddance. RL players move to ICSL. Its the natural progression. Its ok.
