There are other RL players who are just as good, this guest player who is the only one that we have seen play is right in the mix with the rest of the RL team, for some reason BB has a BRD with her parents (probably because of ODP). She does not dominate on the field for either team....

Cmon how will you play in the Olympics if you don’t do ODP? What a scam that program is!

        Random thoughts

With all the talk of possibly going back to school year age groups some random thoughts came to my head.

Did anyone ever wonder what this 2006 FC Bucks ECNL team would have been like had there been no back room deal? Got to thinking how good the team could have been if everyone let the chips fall where they may. The team would be unquestionably better if the BEST girls had been selected, if BB was not involved and if there was a coach that was actually invested in nurturing and developing the talent he had. It’s a shame bc we will never really know how good the team could have been. There was some very good talent turned away and has stayed away bc of the teams and coaches reputation. And the girls on the team haven’t been given either that quality or quantity of training needed to really progress. I honestly believe if all the best girls had been selected and if there were real coaches instead of a dad and checked out head coach that this team would have been right there competing with and possibly beating PDA.

I’m hoping that if the age group change happens that maybe it will be the impetus for the club to do the right thing - and give this group a new start with fair and open tryouts and real coaches. I am staying tuned to see what happens.

Truth, this team would have been competing for natl championships if the club chose the deserved players vs the back room deal ones.

Yeah and if my uncle had t¡ts, he'd be my aunt. They could complete for a EUFA championship if they had all the best international players too.

Sure it was random since you bring up the same thing day after day...

(Ps) if your kid is an 8th grader and not a top 7 or 8 player on the current team she would have no shot at making the team. Off the top of my head there are at least 9 '05 8th graders who make this team and 7 of them are no doubt about it starters. Be careful what you wish for.

I wish for fair and open tryouts and to let the chips fall where they may. If my kid deserves to make the team then hopefully she will and if she doesn’t then that’s fine too. It should all be based on a players merit with nobody being picked bc of who their parents are or where they live.

Whatever it is it sure would be nice to see how things would shape out with no BB manipulating things for the benefit of his own kid.

Everyday with you two on here complaining about club coaches and "fair and open tryouts".

You azzhats sound very sad on here. You are trying way to hard to get on this team.

Sorry I had to make a comment on here with my 2 cents. You have been polluting all the other PA threads with your bb comments. Stay in your lane on this thread. No one cares about your plea to get on this team on the other threads.

You should heed your own advice - go back to the Penn Thread.

First this is not a random thought, this is what has been said on this thread over and over.

Second, do you believe there was a BRD - multiple times it has been said there was no BRD

Third, the club never should have allowed the BRD, but the question that has not been asked is who initiated the BRD?

Fourth, BB should be gone not just from this club but from all clubs in the area.

Fifth, there will never be an "Open Tryout" this club doesn't really do that and their tryouts are a joke, how about if you see if someone is in shape and make them run, no what we do is scrimmage for every tryout and if you are new to the club or tryout we don't pass you the ball.

Sixth, not sure if you are accurate that we would be competing with PDA for a national championship but we would be better than we are now

why then were there less than 9 '05 fall birthday players available for us this fall? And why didn't they play much when we had such a small roster? Not sure your facts are right

Your 4th point is dead on. BB has no place on this team, the board and all youth sports. Every step of the way he has failed. As a coach she shows clear bias for his kid and her friends. As a board member he watches silently and looks the other way when RF inappropriately threatens the girls and fails to act when RF fails to show up and is late over and over.
