NO ONE on this team has any common sense!

Anybody willing to shell out upwards of $10,000 for a team that practices 1.5 times a week on a sliver of turf with a checked out head coach who gives zero feedback or development plans and an unqualified dad coach calling all the shots has ZERO COMMON SENSE.

I think people hate the fact that they have paid several thousand dollars for a checked out coach and an unqualified conflicted dad coach and no training and no feedback and no development and roster decisions not being made to better the team but to better a car pool

Why are you making all this your problem?
If this club doesn’t jive with you and your standards then go to a club that does, come spring.

This thread should not have taken 3000 posts to come to this obvious idea.

Or perhaps you go back to CRUSA travel, take DM and CF with you, as they are at that level, and allow FC Bucks ECNL to develop and grow, and hopefully get back to when EL ran the club!

Ok but tryouts for most clubs are in 2-3 months. If you are unhappy just switch clubs in 2 months and problem solved. Why let soccer stress you out to this extent?

I want my kid to play ecnl. Delco is closer to where we live than bucks but not thrilled with the direction Delco is taking. Other ecnl clubs are too far and gda is not an option because of hs rule. So bucks it is. Just want to see bucks act like a real ecnl club and fix the things that are so easily fixable. There is no excuse to not be training 2-3 times a week and there is no place for a non professional dad coach at the ecnl level. A coach that provides zero feedback is all inexcusable. Fix those three things and it all gets better

Parents are happy their kids are in an ecnl team but most parents are not happy with this teams progress and the amount and quality of training. And all the parents except a small handful are happy with BBs role.

At this point what do you have to lose - you have to decide which will develop your kid better.

I think the few of you should make the switch over to delco or anywhere else. At least for you sanity. From reading a lot of your comments you guys sound extremely miserable. It’s depressing me just reading your comments.
