You did post the facts and here are some more:

This team performed worse this fall than last season. This fall as compared to last year We lost to teams we tied, and tied teams we beat.

We are in fifth place this year and we were in third last year. Despite the fact we supposedly cut our weak links.

We have exactly one win against an ECNL team, and only scored five goals during the ECNL season.

It is mind blowing that people think this team is on the right track - the downward trajectory is clear for anyone with half a brain.

Please argue with these facts and tell me how happy you are with the team�s performance, training and coaching.

I am going off the 2 ranking sites (facts). Number #92 nationally (youthsoccerrankings) and #3 in PA. If your hope is that this team starts to decline then post back when the rankings reflect that.

I checked the ecnl website and this team played 8 games and lost only 3 games of them --and 2 of those 3 losses were against the defending ECNL National champions.

I looked at gotSoccer and see this team played in the highest division in wags/bethesda/spirit tournaments and were semi-finalists.

This is a good team. Not the best team in the world though but that's fine.

Why are we picking on this team again? The facts don't backup the hatred and bashing of this team.

Top 100 nationally is not bad at all, indicating this is indeed one of the best teams in the country. Just compare that with our U15 team which is 305.

No one said they aren�t a good team - but they could be a lot better with better training and coaching, additionally everyone on here seems to revel in the fact that this is an ECNL team - well then you should be comparing yourself to ECNL teams not local travel teams. Along with the patch comes expectations and this team is not meeting the expectations and they do not compete well against fellow ECNL teams.

So which is it are you an ECNL team or a high level local travel team - you decide.

Yes. The u15 followed the typical FC Bucks ecnl trajectory. Top players leave for real ecnl programs leaving a rec team with a patch. Same thing is happening to this team. The trajectory is clear. Top players will be leaving. No good players are coming to replace them.

I am saying it ... they aren't a good team. They are a very weak ECNL team and many non ECNL and non GDA teams are very competitive with this team if they dont beat them outright? While other teams will continue to add a player here and there that can help, this one will not.

Talk to people on other local teams. Everyone you talk to has heard negative things about this team and the coaching situation. Nobody is coming to FC Bucks to join this team. The reality for this team is a simple numbers game. We are at 15 now. We will probably add 1 in the near future - an original BRDer who suffered an an unfortunate injury and never played. We are likely to lose 3-4 at the end of this season, perhaps a couple more once people see the increase in costs that come with at least 2 mandatory plane trip ECNL showcases. There are a few people on this team struggling now to afford ECNL, what are they going to do when they need to add another $2-3K on top of what they already are paying. And heaven forbid this team actually does make the ECNL playoffs - add another $1-2K.

So what is this team going to do when it has a roster of 12-13 players? Sure we can always call up some ECNL-R players, but that just weakens this team further. So with a weaker team with less talent, do you really think we are going to win any more games than we are currently winning - of course not - we start losing more. and more and more. And all of a sudden, it starts to not be very fun for girls to travel long distances only to get their butts kicked every weekend. So more girls quit. And the cycle continues. This is the FC Bucks way now.

No ecnl-rl players will be called up next year. There are a few really good prospects coming to tryouts in spring. This i do know. I guess this thread had no impact after all.

I also heard a few really good players are coming in the Spring so if you don�t like it hit the road and make some room.

Oh for sure - really good players are beating down the door to play for a dad coach on a team with a losing record that practices once a week on a sliver of turf.
But we are ranked 92 - so maybe that�s why they are coming! And for sure the back room deal girl is going to make a huge impact I mean she was a stud at u11 on the 9v9 field before her tib/fib break. Even though she�s never played a minute of ECNL competition we just know she will be incredible - just like she was at u11. Our future is bright sheeple with our fearless leader BB paving the path for us!

You are a 06 ecnl-rl parent. You aren�t fooling anyone.
