For sure a DOC that doesn’t personally believe in non professional parent coaches but yet allows it to go on and allows it to destroy an age group. DM knows what’s going on with the 2006 ECNL team and allows it to continue.

What is the point of paying for a professional coach if you have a parent doing the actual coaching? DM is destroying the reputation of Bucks. It is no better than rec soccer. It has fallen far since the days of EL.

Truth BB is not well liked throughout the age group due to his manipulative ways.

And it’s also telling that there has not been one post not ONE that actually gives the upside of having a non professional dad as a coach. Not one.
