Who knows if this board is filled with ECNL moles, or NPL trolls, or both. I am not sure it matters. What matters is there is something rotten that is eating away at many parents of girls at this 06 age group. Its this kind of stuff that happens when their is a complete leadership vacuum. The underlying problem goes unaddressed and festers. The best way to correct all of this would be to start with a completely clean slate. No BB. No RF. Open tryouts with neutral external evaluators. If this actually happened, then all problems would be solved. No one could bitch about backroom deals. No one could bitch about a dad coach. No one could bitch about an absentee coach and lack of training.
Other than parents of girls who are afraid their kids arent good enough and feel like they need to protect the status quo to protect their girls' spots on the team, it blows my mind how anyone wouldnt be all for this.

Funny how a small group of parents are always trying to analyze who is who in here - its the crazy ukies lady, its npl parents, its Trent, etc. etc. If you take a step back there really are two groups of people posting on here - 1. Those who have no faith in their own daughter's abilities and feel they need to prop them up; and 2. those who are confident in their daughters and are willing to let them earn a spot. Thats it in a nutshell. Most of you have already identified which side you are on by what you say in your posts. Some of you may still be decided and need to look at yourselves in the mirror and decide which parent you are and what message you want to send your daughter.
But make no mistake, whichever you decide will have implications far bigger than soccer. Those that artificially prop their kids up, have kids that will ultimately fail in life, because they will never learn how to stand on their own and work hard for what they want. Those who learn this lesson now at a young age stand much more of a chance at being successful down the road.

Enough, this thread should be erased and closed. Same old garbage recycled by same old people.

Maybe BB will convince some bottom of the barrel players who will be dazzled by the patch to come and play - but that will just begin the typical settling in to the bottom of the standings that most FC Bucks teams find themselves in.
