The parents of this team wouldn’t write that. You do realize anyone can write anything and say they are anyone, right?? Don’t take it so personal. There are trolls out there that love to mess with people on here. Take that into account too. Check out the CT and NY thread and you will see. Just trying to be friendly.

OR, remove the DOC and change up some of the coaching staff!!! Why should people have to leave the community to play an hour away?? The problem is the crap director and really bad coaching. CRUSA is a massive feeder system. Lots of kids and lots of good kids. Other clubs have NO feeder system and are doing much better than FC Bucks. The club is in the bottom 15 of the entire ECNL. DO A NATIONAL SEARCH for a top level DOC and coaching staff. Change is needed! Also, this post is about the club, not any one team.

Or left FC Bucks, went to a top club in NJ and is playing/played top-level D-1 women's soccer along with many girls during that time period. Bucks could have won national championships with all the talent, but the kids left, and they left because of the people still coaching and running Bucks. At the time, those families saw the club was sinking and moving towards the bottom of the ECNL, they had vision. Today FC Bucks is one of the worst clubs in the ECNL. Every aspect of the club is poor. That comes from those running the club. Lots of talent, the player pool has never been the issue but the leadership is the worst. My suggestion, do a nationals search for a DOC, support staff and coaches.

Give one example of what FC Bucks does better than their competitors that will attract (and keep) top level players. Their competitors are DA and ECNL clubs.

- Value - No
- College Placement - No
- Executive Director - No
- Programming - No

Face it FC Bucks is still managed like a local travel organization. Everything is team based and just enough is done to appease most parents. When was the last time (or first time) LS and DM was at a game or practice? Do they even know you or your kid? Take notice of the teams you are playing there are always 2 or 3 coaches at every game including away games. They are supposed to video tape every game. What good is that if there is no review? Please share your kids development plan because I have yet to see one. An 8 week speed and agility program... worthless, 7 teams sharing a field.... horrible, and lets not forget about that farce of a futsal program...

They are only viable because of the ecnl patch. It would not take much for another club to take their spot. Really it would only take hiring someone with ties to the ecnl brass. Bucks shoukd make that hire before someone else does.

What made you leave pda for bucks? You were at a “great” club but then you left pda for bucks. Had to be something you saw in Bucks to do that? Just wondering.

Do you have any idea of the number and talent level of the kids from FC Bucks traditional area (within SOL school districts) who chose to play at PF, Delco, PDA, MF and Cedar Stars over the past 5 years? The better players are choosing elsewhwere.
