This is Stu. I just got turned onto this site by another parent of a kid on this team. I was nodding my head in agreement with a lot of what was written on here, until I got to page 8 and saw my name. Sorry to disappoint whomever it is that thinks I started this whole thread. It wasn't me! As for the accusation that I sent a classless email to the entire team without the decency to approach Rich, Brian or the Club. The idea that I never approached Rich, Brian or the Club is simply false. My wife and I personally discussed our concerns with Rich after practice one night. I communicated with Dan Manella and Chris Fehrle via phone and email and spoke to Chris once in person as well. I also sent Brian an email explaining what my concerns were and that it was nothing personal towards him. I am more than happy to post any emails on here if people do not believe me. Rich’s response was to be vindictive and bench my daughter for an entire game for no reason at WAGs and specifically call her out by name in front of the team afterwards saying her “crazy parents need to stop complaining” or he will “cut her”. Brian’s response was to not respond to my email at all, and then a couple days later tell us he could no longer drive Kayla to a game that my wife and I couldn’t make, that he had previously agreed to drive her to. When it became clear to us that Rich’s behavior was something that was acceptable to the club, we immediately pulled her from the team.

I was sad to see any kid being pointed out directly! That should never happen. I think both of our goalies tried their best. The biggest issue is that parents had a problem and didn’t go directly to the coach! Or gossiped on the sidelines, I don’t like that. My daughter got the email to come back next year hopefully this drama doesn’t follow us.

No, the biggest issue is that there is a parent's posse and they all bow to Brossman because Rich doesn't give a **** and just collects a paycheck.

When all is said and done, this is just 12/13 year old soccer. My daughter has played for FC Bucks for 3 years now. 2 years at deep run and 1 year at ecnl level. She was not offered a spot this year which we are really fine with. I never ohad delusions that she was the best player on the team. She has her strengths and weeknesses. I guess weeknesses outweighed the strengths this year. We were planning on leaving anyway. The cost and the travel was to much for us and didn’t have a great experience this year. This is truly a talented group of girls. I am sure there has been some backroom deals but I believe you will find that wherever you go. I don’t agree with everything that has happened this year, but don’t want people thinking it is us that is writing all this. I am not disgruntled and think my daughter will have better experience at a different team. I wish them the best this year.

It is really a shame that girls are being called out. When did the fun leave soccer. I am really hoping to find that again. My daughter loves soccer and I just want to find her a place where she will make friends and love soccer again.

Brian Brossman is a good coach? He has no experience coaching ECNL. He's coached his kids. That's it. He's there because of his daughter. Please don't be foolish. Ask him if his daughter weren't on the team if he'd still be the "COACH." He's a joke. He wears the FC Bucks gear and you all think he's great. People laugh at you all. My daughter is a year older and her whole team sees it.

I think brian on the sideline helps our daughters play better!! Hands down and that isn’t me kissing any rings!! If you’re so unhappy why are you here!! Why?? Leave!! If i was unhappy or thought something wasn’t on the up and up (this is Abby’s 3rd team) i would leave!! I wouldn’t pay, as you say thousands of dollars and then come to a forum to complain but still continue to pay the money!!! It literally makes no sense and what are you teaching your daughter stay in an unhappy situation because of “lack of options” don’t speak up for yourself because it may “hurt your playing time” i can’t even grasp that!! I can’t!!

Brian brossman, i believe, is a good coach. I think his daughter is a good all around player solid player. We’re taking about 12/13 year old girls here some days they aren’t 100% some days they aren’t killing it but if you look at this group as a whole you’ll see as i do that they put their best foot forward and that Brian tries to pull the best out of these girls if you do t see that then why would you stay?

Stu here again - the cost and travel won't change much. But I will tell you that Kayla's whole experience changed for the better once she switched teams. Had she stayed with Rich, she likely would have quit soccer forever. She has rediscovered her love of the game and is playing like her old self again. And in terms of development, she is learning and growing again as a player.

You seem awfully hostile and negative. I am not sure why. Someone obviously cared enough to pull my name into this mess, and all I did was explain what was said about me was false. After what happened with Rich, Kayla no longer wanted to play for him. She switched teams to the FC Bucks NPL team, and she (and we as parents) could not be happier. At the end of the day, we are happy with the way the Club ultimately handled it. Sorry if this was too long winded.

I’ve Always supported the club. One or both of my kids have been playing for the club for the past 9 years. Both are currently on teams now. I even thought about running for a board position this past fall but chose not to because of time constraints. If I didn’t support the club my kids wouldn’t be playing fo it.

Today was the first I heard of this site. I have now finally had the chance to fully read all of these postings. I am a little amused and at the same time a little disturbed anyone would think I wrote anything on here. I only responded on here today (using my name each time) because someone brought up my name. I am also sorry that someone felt it necessary to call out specific children. There is ZERO need for that on here or anywhere. I wish all of your daughters nothing but the best. I know invites went out or are still going out. I hope everyone lands somewhere that makes them happy. At the end of the day, if your kid is happy that is all that matters. And anyone considering CRUSA or FC Bucks, its not perfect, but overall its a decent club and worth checking out.
