Also makes sense since he is a HS coach and that is the focus of the new “Hex FC”. Not sure why anyone would want to pay money for an ECNL team that has a daddy high school coach. Will BB the king of daddy coaches be his assistant? No wonder there is a mass exodus.

The board can't get out of its own way and hire coaches that will raise the college level of the kids, so they go to try and control HS team selection.
It's still about the same thing. How does this benefit the kids of board members? Nothing at FCB or Hex is about anything else.
It's the most unethical, backstabbing, vile culture one could create in youth sports. Their results speak for themselves as do their college placements, its by far the worst in the area.

D1 level is a very broad range
Are they all power 5 type players. Not even close. Can all of them make MAAC, Big South, Colonial, Patriot, SWAC type rosters, probably. D1 is more than Duke, UNC and Stanford it's also Immaculate, Chicago State, and UMBC

Big South and Colonial is pretty darn good soccer for 90% of the teams. Way above MAAC, Patriot and NEC.

Getting committed to a D1 program is impressive. Getting significant money and playing time even more so. Don’t make it sound like easy or a given to commit to what you consider lesser conferences.

You mean Hofstra is way above and over the last few years its tough to argue that.
Hofstra also has a large international presence and their top scorers have not been from the states

Two main people behind the BRD - JM and BB. Looks like JM is abandoning ship because BB still has a stranglehold on the coaching staff. New coach JB is buddy buddy with BB - the more things change… the more they stay the same.

Stay away from any programmes with a lot of internationals. Will be hard to break through unless you are one of the absolute best.
