Everyone can play D1. It's all about how much on the location or academic side you are willing to give up. These ain't Duke, Stanford, Virginia recruits.

LOL. You mistyped a 1 instead of using the 3 button.

Showing your ignorance now. Not all of D1 is SEC, ACC or Pac 12. The vast majority of D1 is mediocre ball and mediocre to poor academics. If that's the path you choose, hope you are successful with it. To suggest that a Big South, Southern, Patriot or Atlantic 10 team would win D2 Juco or D3 just shows how little about the sport you know. U of Chigaco would have won all those conferences this year.

So kids are playing soccer to go to poor D1 academic schools?

Wrong everyone can’t play D1 - most will
                end up sitting the bench

St. Louis from the A10 is top 20 program.

That's 1 school out of 50. There are always exceptions. With just under 300 men's programs and about 340 women's, not all D1 are anywhere near the top level. The difference is the depth. D1 has about 75 schools, d2/d3 have about 15 each and juco have a strong top 10. Everyone thinks that the 175th ranked D1 school would easily win d2/d3 or juco is kidding themselves. That is just not reality

If you shoot low enough everyone can play. Some D1 programs can't fill a roster

The tell on Ukies and college D1 commitments will really be next year with their 07 team.
Do any of those 06 teams at Ukies, Delco or FCB have D2 or D3 commits yet?

Probably not with over a year to go ... they still all think they are getting full rides to the ACC school of their choice.

D2 is not very popular in this area of the country and NCAA D3 rules dont allow public commitment statements from the school until Jan 1 of senior year. Most schools don't allow the players to make a public statement until after pre-reads which take place spring or summer of Jr year depending on school

just because not made public doesn't mean not happening - know plenty who have gone through the process and are committed

Agree but because of the rules most are not interested in outing the player or the schools. Yes, several are already committed at all three clubs
