Does Penn Fusion become a more attractive ECNL club - for many of us, it is not much farther of a drive than FC Bucks

We live “closer” to PF than most of the others on my kids team. We are about 30 minute drive to Bucks. But we are still 1 hour and 15 min from PF. Big difference. It would be too much during rush hour to get to PF.

I don’t see these 2 clubs being in much competition as they really are too far away from each other. With the great changes they made at fc bucks I wouldn’t make that long hike to PF

Wait until Bucks coaching assignments come out on May 1st and then make your decision. It comes down to coaching. You have nothing to lose to wait another week.

Same for us. Too far. Also I like the changes made at Bucks so we would never make that drive to Penn fusion.

For sure, but they are not well-regarded outside the region either .... they are the tallest midget of PAE.

When PF was in ECNL, kids would drive past Bucks to PF.

Not true at all. Not only do PF's girls go to great programs and schools, but their boys do great as well.

They are well regarded nationally and kids have success including winning national championships in all divisions. So as a player you not only train with but against each other in pick up games.

There is a reason there are rows of coaches from top programs even at PF trainings.

Stop spewing your hate for PF. You are just jealous because you predicted they would not be asked back to ECNL and within no time they were.

We have very good clubs around here and a great history of soccer greatness. They can all do well and use each other to get there. It isn't a one size fits all thing. It is a pick which one works for you/your child thing.

We live in a WAY different time now! Unemployment rate is about to tie and surpass what it was during the Great Depression.

Not what I heard. Fall will happen.

However now unemployment payments (which did not happen during Great Depression) are not a bad chunk of change. And as someone posted, gas is very cheap.

Nope - I’m really beginning to believe he was fired, since we haven’t heard a peep from
him since the shut down started . I’ll continue the hashtag.

It is unclear if the board will also cancel the replacement of cr north's turf. Either way - fc bucks has placed much of its viability as a leading elite club on a second turf field at cr south - without that and with cr north's turf in terrible shape, fc bucks will face a very large problem - one that may see them ousted from ecnl due to lack of proper facilities.

                                fake news!

None of this is fake news, they started on replacing the turf at North; and put a hold on the new turf at South. Where is CRUSA's commitment to getting another turf field? RL team got an email from their coach asking everyone to reach out to CRSD Board...even if not at a South feeding school. How is CRUSA going to keep up with adding all these teams to ECNL - why should our "home" games have to be out at SCH/Arcadia/Bryn Athyn???
