Seems the new club president has some sense and wants to run the club like a real ECNL club without unqualified parent coaches. I’m hoping your right! I will be popping the 🍾

That’s what I would think - but we never had a survey or town hall before so I thought maybe it was the new presidents doing.

You have it backwards. The executive director, LS is the figurehead. He has been around forever and no one knows how to get rid of him. Instead they have him largely focus on the club’s intramural program and fundraising. He was also heavily involved in the clubs lobbying effforts to get a turf field at CR south. He has little to no oversight of FCBucks snd ECNL

If it is indeed true that both RF and BB are gone for next year - will this be announced before tryouts?

I am trying to decide where to take my daughter for next year and will not consider bucks unless both are gone - have heard way to many negative things and believe where there is smoke there is fire. And I believe if I am paying for a coach a parent shouldn’t be on the sidelines especially with college recruiting coming up.

Someone should go to tryouts and hand out flyers outing him as a coach. The utter lack of transparency and truth this club has for new parents is a disgrace. I hope a new dad steps you and gets a turn.

He makes close to 90K. Vettes every BoD nominee. Hand picked the President. Everything the FC Bucks arm of the club wants to implement must go through the full CRUSA board and LS. LS is the problem.

This is a very valid point - why doesn’t bucks list BB as the assistant coach? BB is at practices and at games he is clearly coaching on the sidelines. I mean why isn’t he listed? If bucks allows BB to coach why don’t they let everyone know he is the assistant? What are they trying to hide?

Agreed! There is no good reason why he isnt listed as assistant coach. They are either embarrassed and They know he doesnt meet ECNL standards.

I agree. LS feels he can control DM and CF, and he does. DM and CF are not at the level to manage ECNL. CF is good guy and does a nice job with the teams he coaches, but shouldn't do anything beyond that. DM might be a good fit for the snack stand.

You are lucky if this is true. Mike is a great coach and has been sending kids to play in college for over 20+ years.
