Once again, at a real club, this would not fall on the coaches, it would fall on the DOC. The DOC is in charge of coaching staff and game coverage. If the DOC was quality, this would have been organized before the team even began the season, along with practice and game coverage. The coach should have never been selected to work with a younger team that plays in the fall since he is coaching a high school team. The DOC selects the coaching staff. FC Bucks are having these issues because the club isn't run in a proper way. FC Bucks is being run no differently than how Philly Soccer Club or Falls Twp. run their clubs with parent volunteers. DM has no idea what he is doing. Club wide, the players are unhappy, the coaches are unhappy and the parents paying for everything, are certainly unhappy. This really isn’t that complex; it is a simple fix.

Tryouts were not cancelled. BB cancelled our training due to weather but the Club never cancelled tryouts. But have no fear, no one showed up anyway. No one was ever showing up.

From social media pictures it looks like Delco’s clinic was not canceled and in fact very well attended. Tells you all you need to know if considering the two clubs.

FC Delco not good, lose to EDP teams on regular basis....be careful I would stick with FC Bucks.

That was the Delco ECNL and ECNL R teams. What is shocking about that is it wasn’t one team, that was two teams...with enough kids to fill just one roster. But with that being stated, lots of room for FC Bucks kids!

Its Wednesday. We've spent several thousand dollars for our daughters to play soccer on Rich Finneyfrock's team. We are spending several hundred more to attend a tournament in Bethesda this weekend. Rich has known the possibility exists he wouldnt be able to be at Bethesda for several weeks now. It was confirmed last night. We still dont know who will be coaching our daughters this weekend. How is this ok?

If you build it they will come .... and I’m sure there will be several Bucks kids that will check out Delco - because it sure as hell cant be any worse than this club.
