Coaches make decisions they believe are in the best interest of the team
Parents make decisions that they believe are in the best interest of their child and family
Girls play soccer

Not true. Commitment is a two way street and families are paying alot of money for this. If the club, ie, the DOC and the coaches don't fulfill their commitment to the family, there is no problem in the family leaving. To spend thousands of dollars to "support" the other families is nonsense. If the player was paid to play rather than the family paying to play, then its a different story.
