That has been the last sentence of all of their releases...that G01 team is the team thats ranked #1 in NYE - they are full roster and just played in Colorado...

NY Surf seems like a very 'girls centric' club. No high-profile coaches for the boys sides - just the dad/son coaching combo from Westchester Soccer Club.

I wonder if SD Surf is the same way.

The LI Surf have the guy who built and ran the ISA boys side previously as Boys DOC...he has 3-4 teams and out of their 20 teams the majority are boys. I think its girls heavy right now in the press because of GDA. At Boys tryouts there were 10+ boys coaches...

Does anyone have a clear idea of what is going on with Nassau and Suffolk Surf teams? Newly made teams or "acquired" whole teams? Anyone want to take a stab identifying which gender and county has a team in a certain age group?

I don't know much about boys but always willing to learn. I thought Surf said they were doing to apply for a Boys DA. Who has it in the area beyond Red Bulls and PDA? Did I see NY Cosmos and BWG. Is there anyone out in LI who has a BDA? Would a Surf Boys DA change those Cosmos affiliates?

i am not sure about the free tuition. i think not. I am not sure where Surf doing a boys DA came from.. other than maybe conjecture from BOTN.. Alby just lost BDA so they do not count. so LI appears to be Cosmos, BWG and Met Oval..(all technically on LI). I don't think a Surf boys DA would affect Cosmos affiliates, especially since Cosmos has academy already.
