Does that change having those girls come on mid-season? This is also a fact. Reducing roster size for next season, kudos to you. People just want clubs to be straightforward for a change.

PDA does everything their coaches and parents accuse other clubs of doing. When other coaches steal from their playbook, they are called every name in the book on this forum but we all know that PDA only cares about the dollar bills.

How do you feel about adding an entire team mid season? I’ve seen that done before just not at PDA.

A couple years ago MR brought about 7 players over from CS mid season to MF06 team. MF offered all of them a spot on ECNL team, families paid for their kids to play. Most of the new girls were very good, better than the existing players. After being with DB for a month or two a couple players left, veteran players were rostered over the new talent. The parents of the MF06 team were not very accepting of the new players, most of the CS players left within a year. The parents run that team, I'm sure they wish they kept those players now.

She brought over 5 kids I believe. 2 are still there. Three left, including one almost immediately. The three that left, one already asked to come back and the other 2 were in the middle of the team and were not a big loss. That team is very good, key injuries have hurt them this year. Next year they will be back in the mix for the Championship League.

The new kids came over from other teams within the club, including 2 of the 2009 teams and the 2008 ECRL. Good to see players being rewarded. Club did a wonderful job with that roster and went 3-0.
