The new kids came over from other teams within the club, including 2 of the 2009 teams and the 2008 ECRL. Good to see players being rewarded. Club did a wonderful job with that roster and went 3-0.

Thanks DB for the commentary. Just for the context of what a horrible job you are doing:

- these are 11 year old kids; they shouldn't have to deal emotionally with bench time or being demoted, this is anti-coaching
- you cut off 8 of the kids from the team; your success rate is <60%
- it is your job to pay attention to kids in the tryouts, not to the value of their car or size of the wallet
- you create an atmosphere of fear and submission in the club not of creativity and collaboration

Then you come here and pat yourself on the back against bottom-mid level teams. All that when you get a base salary of $126K plus extra training and travel fees (another $70k?). FU.

This is great. I just had my 2008 daughter read this message from a grown adult. It's good to understand what the fans are saying. It's sad how many girls on Blue are suffering from over use injuries, only to be replaced with players from LVU and Red Bulls. The one thing you did get right is "Lace them up." We will see what happens...
